Please carefully read these instructions before registering your child:

Enter any food allergies in the Special Notes section of this form.
The $50 registration fee includes your child's handbook purchase, awards, and other activities. If your child needs a uniform, check that box at the bottom of the form. Note that uniforms are different for each club (Cubbies, Sparks, T&T, Trek, and Journey). If you don't know whether your child needs a uniform, email Awana@Magnifyefc.org and we'll answer your questions.
Online payment is accepted via credit card. If you prefer to make payments throughout the Awana year, contact us. We will notify you each quarter with your remaining balance.
Our Cubbies program (ages 3-4) fills up quickly. Once our capacity is reached, we will start a waiting list.

Our Awana year begins September 7 at 6:00 PM at the Briargate YMCA (4025 Family Place in Colorado Springs, CO).
